Original Condition: The product box, device, and all included accessories must be completely unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Any item where the outer plastic wrap has been torn, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and sanitary regulations.
