Booking and treatment terms

Please read these terms before booking or using Roysa Laser Spa services. Provide accurate and complete information when booking and disclose relevant medical information before treatment. Results vary by individual. Services are available to clients aged 18 or older unless written parental consent is provided. Cosmetic services are not a substitute for medical advice.

Cancellations, deposits and refunds

To cancel or reschedule, notify Roysa at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation or rescheduling may incur a fee under the existing booking policy.

Where a deposit is required, it is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or a missed appointment and is applied to the reserved service. Transferring a deposit requires prior approval.

Roysa’s service policy does not offer refunds after a treatment has been completed. Results vary. Product returns follow the return policy shown on the individual product page.
